|As the court has already said, this isn't about punishing Apple. This is about|
Apple setting the record straight with the public.
All the court is doing is making apple set up a "get the facts"
section on their page because the "facts" that Apple tried to pass to
the public were, at the very, least misleading if not outright lies.
If apple wants to fire their proverbial foot-guns, they certainly have the right
and opportunity to do so, but that's on their dime and their time; not the
courts. All the court demands is for Apple to post the truth to offset the
public damage they've caused to the Samsung brand.
Apple so far has been childish about this (someone actually proposed the idea of
autism, and we shouldn't confuse childish behaviour with a disease. It's not
like Apple can't help their behaviour. They simply need to grow up and tell the
