The June 22nd Hearing in Novell v. Microsoft Already Held Without Public Notice on June 7
Authored by: BobDowling on Saturday, June 09 2012 @ 03:38 PM EDT
I think we should try to get the minutes of the hearing. It's expensive, ...

PJ, how much? I have a pointer hovering over the donate button.

I'm dying to know if Novell commented on the changed time during the hearing itself. I wonder how much notice they got.

Why, for once, doesn't Microsoft just do the right thing?

After all -- they might stand a chance of being proclaimed
'Major good guy'  for it, by none other than Groklaw.

Could June 22nd still be on?
Authored by: Anonymous on Saturday, June 09 2012 @ 06:19 PM EDT

As this was "sub cura", could this be a preliminary hearing in preparation for the June 22 official hearing in Utah?

Just guessing and trying to assume good faith until otherwise proven.

The June 22nd Hearing in Novell v. Microsoft Already Held Without Public Notice on June 7 ~pj

The one question that popped into my mind is that if the court did not issue a
scheduling meeting or any reason for a private meeting, is it grounds for Novel
to appeal and have the judge struck from the case?

PJ, do we know _anything_ about what was decided at the hearing?
