each song is binary set of zeros and ones that the mp3
player will see in a format on the cdr that will then
translate to sounds....

it does not do a thing without the added piece called a cdr
BUT one could use a hard drive or memory stick and by pass
that and then you get the sounds....much as a hard drive
with your os and music on its drive can be used by a player
without hard ware. ITS the same idea as mounting a drive for
dvdr play....no hardware required as its all reduced to
binary to make for a player to translate...using
mathematical algorithms....
