Does Changing Configuration Make A New Machine?
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, July 23 2012 @ 01:00 PM EDT
"Well, the computer was already capable of running that program (or any
other program) so you are just making use of an existing capability by changing
the states of some bits."

the shape of a Wright Flyer, so Wilber and Orville just maded use of an existing
capability by changing the configuration state of the wood, burlap, rope and
pulleys.
