Maybe, just maybe, the parties have for a small instant in time
succeeded in their attempts to bamboozle the judge.
The F700 as a specific example may be allowed, but a timeline
slideshow including F700 is not. That seems plain enough, but
what the remaining status of the F700 is, well you'll get three
versions from the courtroom, Apple's, Samsung's and the judge.
Then there'll be 57 different stories from the twitterati, but I hope
we here are skilled enough to filter those...

There's an awful lot of smoke in this case for almost no fire.
At least this judge won't have to teach the jury java programming,
like in Ora-Google.
