sale confusion

It must be extra confusing to walk out of the store wondering why they have only spent about half of what they expected to spend.

sale confusion

Pity the poor consumer who went into a store and asked for an iPhone and walked
out with a Samsung phone.

I'm sorry, but how can consumer confusion be Samsung's fault? Samsung hasn't set
up an Apple stores have they? Do they coax retailers to push Samsung phones at
people asking for an iPhone? Last I checked you can't walk into a store, pick up
an iPhone/iPad/iPod in a box and walk out. You have to ask to see one, or to buy
one.

Apple products are kept under lock and key. In fact I've not been in any store
where you could just pick up a cell phone worth more than "$20" and
walk it to the register.

Not to mention the fact that any product you buy is going to come in a box with
the manufacturer's or product's name in big bold print. It's simply not possible
to be confused by a product like this, unless you go into a store and say
"give me that phone", they ring it up and stick in a bag and you don't
look at it. That's not confusion, that's intentional indifference.
