Not all of us think the judge was fair in his
dealings. I don't, for one.

So there is more to decide, related to that.
The jurors are out of the picture, except that
they leaned heavily toward Novell. And had the
judge not thrown out so much of Novell's evidence,
which I believe relates to the above first sentence,
who knows?

My question to you is, why do you care? You seem
to feel a great deal of animus toward me, and
my question is naturally why. We've never met. Why
do you care if I think Microsoft is in the wrong
and should have to pay Novell something to make
things right? It's just my opinion. Why is it something
you feel you must respond to with animosity? What is
Microsoft to you?
