Just for fun a bit and a touch of baiting, here's a less
flattering view
of the Founding Fathers, how their
Declaration came about, some of its
motivation and
consequences (or lack of) - from a LOYALIST perspective.
Some
people may not like the way it is spun but it is
based on fact with
references and sources.
As should be noted by "democrats", The War of
Independence
was really a civil war, rebellion and
international war. The "civil
war" part is usually overlooked in both
US and British
histories.

I wasn't aware that Native Americans were considered to be US citizens after the
revolution. Didn't they have the desire to be independent? Documents and laws
relating to the US and its citizens wouldn't really apply to them.
I agree that the US Constitution has flaws, and that the way native Americans
were treated was sometimes reprehensible, but I'm not sure your criticism is
well-aimed.
