UK Judges Respond to Apple's Snarky Notice: Take It Down and Tell That It Was Untrue ~pj Updated 2Xs

I may be wrong but I don't think extradition applies to contempt cases.

But orders freezing Apple UK's bank accounts and seizing UK assets might get his
attention.

IANAL

First I'm pretty sure Wol has said that a contempt charge for this court would
have a unlimited amount of jail time, and he does apear to be a bit of an
'expert' on these EU laws...

Second, I think that technically he probably could be extradited, but
considering the politics involved in extradition, and how I personally read the
political enviroment in the US right now, I doubt any request for him to be
extradited would be approved. That said, making him a fugitive in the entire EU
would probably have a pretty big affect on apple...

Why bother with extradition, a simple Website shut down order
for contempt of court will do the trick, while the court
spends the next 14 days deciding the wording.

Then let the Press, SEC, Shareholders etc... do the rest.
Much less work for the UK Courts but will have the desired
results. The apple directors will never recover from this.
