Please produce evidence of Samsung's abuse

Again, this makes no sense. Short of injunctive relief what
relief does a patent holder have to someone infringing? Why do
FRAND patent holders somehow get less protection because they promised to not
discriminate, and offer for fair and
reasonable prices?

How is an investigation (and an ongoing lawsuit is essentially an investigation)
evendence of anything other than "enough people have complained"?

Are you aware that no court or administrative
agency has yet ruled that injunctions are not
available to FRAND patent owners? And have
you considered that to say they can't use
injunctions would be to change the rules of
the road *after* the patents have been
donated to the standard?

so you're leaving because you got debunked?

that's a heck of an insulting view to take, not unlike
everyone else who proclaims that FRAND abuse is somehow
rampant.
