The original statement was 15 miles, without mention of what
part to what part. Yes, there are points in Seattle that are
closer than 15 miles to Redmond, but those are not relevant.
15 miles in 15 minutes requires an AVERAGE speed of 60 mph,
which happens to be the MAXIMUM speed in that area of the
state. In an urban setting, no way do you get to do the
maximum speed the entire distance, except perhaps at
3am...although my experience here is even at 3am around
Seattle you don't get to maximum speed the entire distance.
