death pollen

How does this work ??? Farmer "A" uses Monsanto seeds which
mature and blow pollen into farmer "B"'s field. Does farmer
"B" end up with sterile seeds?

Monsanto’s Death Patents

It's been tried. The lawsuits against Monsanto have failed.
The specific lawsuit I saw claimed that pollen from bt-corn
(which contains the poison expressed by bacillus
thuringensis) is violating the laws on chemical trespass. The
courts didn't buy it. The double standard strikes again.

Yes, but how many rich farmers do you know?

Simple. There aren't any. I grew up on a farm. Hiring lawyers wasn't
something we did with the scant resources we had, except for wills or land
sales.
