Just to add to my above post....

If I were Google, I wouldn't want this going to a jury trial, especially in
Seattle

After all, if patents on critical tech for
mobile is just a few cents, then non-
critical tech like Microsoft's is even
less and on components whose price is 0.

This shows that the jury in California in
Apple vs Samsung is way out there.
