Nokia is not an "impartial friend of the court"
Authored by: Anonymous on Sunday, May 12 2013 @ 02:53 PM EDT
The difference is that Nokia won't drop a thermonuclear bomb that will
destroy several billion dollars of non-patents issued for the non-
inventions, that provide a revenue stream for patent trolls such as Apple
Inc, Microsoft Inc, and Intellectual Ventures LLC.

The optimum strategy for Google is to drop half a dozen thermonuclear
bombs, which could, individually and collectively, dissolve several billion
dollars of non-value in the form of non-patents granted for non-
inventions.
