Unfortunately, laws can vary widely county-by-county. My state still also has
some leftover laws from the temperistas crafted to make alcohol sales and
distribution more difficult, such as having all deliveries to stores being

what alex said is correct in the uk... google licensing act 2003.
what alex said is not right for any other jurisdiction. please see your local
laws for more guidance.

Were a little more relaxed about such things (but not as
