The first sentence you quoted is from me. It is also wrong.
The second sentence is from me.
The funny thing is that I think we mainly agree.
English is not a language I am born with. I speak Swedish, which I suppose you
do not. There is also a legal difference between Upphovsmannarätt ( loosely
translated to Copyright ) or Urheberrech ( German ) and the American concept of
Copyright which actually differs from WIMA's similarly named concept.
So I think our used lingua franca might have let us down.
Have you ever tried using Google Translate on anything were you know both the
from and to language very well? It is funny has easily it falls down producing
nothing but incomprehensible gobbledygook.
Thanks for a good discussion.
Have a nice time.
Björn D. (Björn is a fairly common Nordic first name, It means Bear [ as in
ursus arctos arctos ] )
