If anyone were to do that, just point them
instead to the Oracle v. Google case, where
the judge forced the parties to tell him who
was being paid. Oracle said Florian, and
Google didn't list me. That's the clearest
proof, other than me saying that no one
has hired me. Not that some haven't tried.

a lot of jernalists have have their own axes to grind. FM is always a handy
source for them.
I look in the comments sections where I see him quoted, and I'm glad to see that
in many cases, folks are exposing him as the shill he is. If not, then I'm glad
to help.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I've been advocating for some time here that on the news
outlets' articles (where allowed) we should put Comments
that dispute Mueller's credentials and expertise, not based
simply on the lack of legal degree but his counterfactual
track history.
I think that many columnists used FM in the past for salient
quotes based on the past reputation of FOSSPatents in
opposing software patents. Once a legitimate
writer/journalist catches on to the fact FM is trading on
"street cred" that has for years now been dissipated, that
insight will not easily fade from memory.
