Rejecting SCO's jurisdictional objections, the Tribunal held that the UnitedLinux Contracts obligate SCO to arbitrate SUSE Linux GmbH's claims and certain of SCO's counterclaims in Switzerland before the Tribunal, subject to Swiss law.
