LEGAL DOCUMENTS
NOTE: This is our original page for legal documents filed in the various
lawsuits Groklaw covers. This version does
not list the exhibits by name but instead has links to the exhibits. And in time, we moved to the Timelines pages, because SCO litigation never ends, but pages can only be so long before they become unwieldy. So when we reached that point, we began the Timelines, each case having its own Timeline page. Here's the page if you are looking for a particular court, and here's the page for contracts and other significant documents related to the cases we cover. This is where you'll find the lawyers and law firms associated with the litigation Groklaw covers.
If you are looking for an exhibit, you can go directly to the Legal
Docs with Exhibits page, which also has links to jump to the Timelines pages after a point. So this is legacy, mainly to maintain unbroken bookmarks for all the folks who linked to the Legal Documents page. The bolding is because when we thought SCO v. the World would be quickly over, we made documents that were important bold type, so as to distinguish from the administrative materials.
