|If the judge's pro-Microsoft mindset is intentional, and |
pre-formed, where the judge just has made up his mind, and
then blocks other possibilities, that is bad. This is a
judge. The judge is supposed to provide balance to the
scale of justice.
However, the point here, made in some comments above, is
that some are concerned for the health of the judge.
I am sorry to mention this again (sorry, but science is
science). But, researchers have focused on mental lapses
and focus for a number of years. For some people, there is
evidence of scientific relationships to mental lapses that
directly show that some cases of mental lapses and general
confusion can result from the use of "certain classes" of
amino acid isolates that affect biological systems in lab
animals (and humans that were tested too), where behavior
changes were shown to result. Including mental lapses.
Some of these classes of isolates are added to foods for
"flavoring-no FDA review needed" and "sweetness-FDA
approved" (one un-named of a class of these products is in
over 6000 food and drink products).
... confusion, memory loss, both "
Other examples exist.
There is often more than meets the eye!
(If I had 5000 words to explain this, and make a case, then
most likely, the 5000 words would not be enough).
