|The fact is that there is a void. We don't have all the facts so we search high|
and low for what is available and see if it points in any particular direction.
We might even learn something about the law along the way.
I also searched for Seagate's lawyer and the result was quite vague. The
closest I could come up with was contract law.
As a result, I speculate it has something to do with a grey zone between
employer/contractor type relationships, ... for what it's worth.
At the very least, it was an incomplete answer on Hogan's part and whether the
content's are even more revealing that IS speculation.
I also noticed that Seagate was suing or getting sued in Santa Cruz Municipal
Court about once a month for several years back then. Speculate about that!
