Nice find!

The same site, presents different content to users depending on the country they select. Since the non-UK pages are happy to show the Terms of Use, site map, RSS Feeds, privacy policy, etc. to users at the bottom of the screen, there is no reasonable excuse for the UK version to be pushing that content off the immediately-visible part of the page.

How convenient for Apple, that the court-ordered notice appears right at the bottom of the UK page, and that on the pages of all the other countries you can see this information right away without scrolling -- but on the UK page, you can't!
