Thankfully, choosing to implement your own invention instead of the patented
design is not yet Legally wrong.
But I have no doubt certain patent
attorney's would be thrilled with such a change in Law:
It's illegal to use
our patented invention without paying us!

By the way, it's illegal
to not use our patented invention without paying us!
