Admissible = Allowable.
The exhibits still have to meet court & evidence rules and with little time
to check or agree, if Google has objections then the judge might allow the
objection. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Well, the good Judge certainly talks a good game about disallowing shenanigans,
but so far it seems to be sabre rattling. If the line isn't drawn here, where
is it?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I think this is a reflection of the procedures used. We've seen from other
trials that a particular piece of evidence is presented at the time that side
wishes to use it, and is officially admitted into evidence by the Court at that
time. It's possible at that point that the other side could object to the
admission of that piece of evidence, and the Judge would have to rule on whether
or not to admit it.

I read that as the judge saying "Ok, you spring this at the last second, so
rather than delay things by hashing it all out, I'll let you supplement the
list, but those supplements can and will be challenged by Google..."[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
