I have not tried to research this so this is just an off-the-cuff question. If
an accused successfully defends himself/herself then do the parties that brought
the accusation have to reimburse the accused for the cost incurred in doing so?
Or for the nominal cost of $275 can an accuser harass people willy-nilly w/o
fear of further costs? I am, of course, thinking of the case where a (hardware)
printer was accused of illegal downloading, and other such instances where
accusers were not particularly diligent in verifying their accusations.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
