See:

Quote from "Restrictions on Use" section:
"...or use the Service to host any type of server".
What is "any type of server"?
(or)
see:
http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/Customers/Policies/HighSpeedInternetAUP.html
Quote from "Prohibited Uses and Activities" section:
"use or run dedicated, stand-alone equipment or servers from the Premises
that provide network content or any other services to anyone outside of your
Premises local area network (“Premises LAN”), also commonly referred to as
public services or servers. Examples of prohibited
equipment and servers include, but are not limited to, email, Web hosting, file
sharing, and proxy services and servers";
When you read any of the above, or any TOS agreement, then just imagine where
the wording makes you "cringe" a bit, that you suspect that many you
know are in violation of the TOS, then that person is also thus (US Circuit
Court depending) possibly in violation as well, of a major US Federal Law (the
Computer Fraud and Abuse Act)... and being in violation is a FELONY, and
potential for minimum jail time.
How many people do you know, after reading the TOS, are at risk of being in
violation of their TOS - WHEN THEY ARE DOING TYPICAL INNOCENT MODERN DAY
INTERNET COMPUTING?
