I would imagine something like.
Introduction to Electromagnetism
1) Elements of vector calculus
2) Integral identities
3) Gauss' law
...
20) Radiation and antenna design

Names don't matter, 'Chapter 1' etc is what you can use for access. Don't matter
if it's '1/ Elements of Vector Calculus' or '1) bits of Calculus using Vectors'
the reference is Chapter 1, the rest is just descriptive. Jumbling the chapters
or changing content is another matter.
It would be one thing to copyright the chapters and maybe titles but quite
another to say you cannot copy the identifier 'Chapter 1' which seems to be what
is being attempted.
