Even though I enjoyed reading his article (as far as I
got), this guy
appears to be some kind of a nut job. His
article runs on and on like an hour
long infomercial. One
has to wonder, why is he trying so hard? He must have a
short position on Nokia.
In spite of all their problems, Nokia still
has plenty of
cash. They are also hoping to sell off the Symbian division,
though the value of that is dropping fast, and who would buy
it? All in all it
seems to me they can survive another year.
In six months the new WinPhone8 will
be out, and they will
also try to make a Windows 8 tablet. They may be able to
stuff the channels once again with enough of these devices
to keep going a few
more months. I don't think Nokia's death
will be dramatic and sudden when it
comes. They will just
start to fade away, then get bought out and turned into a
pulp mill or something more useful. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
