jbb- you are welcome.

Judge Alsup is very good at asking questions that will help both him and the
jury
to get to the truth. IMHO, his question about the reconciliation between needing

a license and doing a cleanroom implementation gets to the heart of a piece of
it.

No it is not, That is Oracles Kool Aid

That somehow whether something that is is abstract and cannot and does not exist
is protected?

The central issue in this case, is how far does thin copyright protection in SSO
actually go?
