Should you have reasonable grounds to sue the doctor for
malpractice?
Maybe. But the law is not medicine, tho' here the
twain do meet. A foot is irreplacable. Goracle is all about
money.
I admit being confused about the copyright issue. Is it that Oracle
asks that Java be considered a collective work, when their copyright
registrations say "compilation" with specific exclusions? I'm not too worried at
this point, as we'll probably have Google's Rule 50 motion tomorrow and that
should make their argument clear.
Clear to Judge Alsup, at any
rate.
