Hmm, seems to me there's a difference between "Your Honor, we
are introducing some new evidence that completely destroys
their case" and "Your Honor, they have introduced some
evidence that completely destroys their case".
I believe that PJ is saying you aren't allowed to (or are not
supposed to) litigate by ambush. I don't think she ever said
or implied that you are not allowed to point out your
opponents mistakes (if, indeed, this is a mistake and not a
