What's really disturbing about this Paid Shill is that he's
the most obvious two faced iDiot on the web. He owns a
Samsung Galaxy SII phone.. not an iPhone, Blogs on Blogger
(Google owned), payrolled by both Oracle and Microsoft,
Posts his biased Snake Oil rhetorical links on Google+ and
still expects the World to believe he's an independent
unbiased patent authority!
He is soooooo... much of a megalomaniac in doubt of his own
expertness that he blocks any and all responses on his own
Blog, Google+ and on Twitter he blocks anyone that disagrees
with him in the slightest way. Whereas a true expert invites descent and welcome
the opportunity prove that he really
deserves to "Expert" moniker outside of his own deluded
mind! [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Do we have any sort of record / count where we can say how often FM has been

For whatever reason, the suits haven't been paying any attention to Florian's
wrongness on just about everything. He stacks words together and makes suits
happy hearing what they want to hear and he has been doing it for years!! When
has he ever been right about his assertions of doom and gloom on anyone who
dares infringe on software patent X?
Florian: Please find a new line of work. Your current crap is stale and you
will, before long, run out of suits willing to accept your wild-eyed claims.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

> he certainly is very naive about how ground zero in a courtroom is.
I'll cut him a little slack here. Maybe he is naïve about Amercican
courtrooms and judges, and on firmer ground with German law.
And there does seem to be a difference, witness the derision here
a few days back when an American judge appeared to want to
stop a German court issuing an injunction against an American
company for its actions in Germany. It's possible (I have no
knowledge or experience) that German courts are not modeled
on those in Hollywood.
