1) Imply that statements by a CEO of your company carry no
legal weight and are inherently trustworthy
2) Be sarcastic and rude to a witness in front of the jury
7) Realise that your exhibits are wrongly numbered and your
copyright filing doesn't match your lawsuit claims.

Honestly. PJ held Michael Jacobs in very high regard before this trial. She
says good lawyers only lose their cool in front of the jury on purpose. Whether
it was intentional or not, this outburst doesn't make Jacobs look good
IMO.
I wonder if Mirror_slap will tell us how the jury reacted. If it
didn't work as intended then it may damage Jacobs' credibility.
