Oracle wants Google to be bound by the opinion of an engineer (Lindholm) but
doesn't want Sun to be bound by the word of its Chief Executive Officer
(Schwartz).
If I were on the jury I would find that really hard to swallow.

Question: If company A open sources code and others use it on that basis, can
Company B buy out Company A, claim the code company A open sourced is
proprietary, and start suing everybody which used the code for infringement?
It looks to me rather like this is what Oracle is doing.
Or am I missing something?
