Interesting tactic from Microsoft:- sue B&N, and then offer forgiveness as
part of an "investment".
That's the way MS rolls.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

This morning Window's updates had an optional update for
me. I looked to see
what it was: The "Bing desktop" it said.
I immediately disabled it of course
(right mouse click ->
Hide update), then Googled "Bing desktop" to see what
I was
missing out on.
Found this article
that explains it all... [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

We know that the justice department is tooling up to go after Google on
anti-trust grounds. Does any one know if Robert Van Nest has been the lead
attorney in the dealings on that so far? Any one know if he has a back ground
dealing with anti-trust cases?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
