For those not old enough to remember the propaganda from
WW II, the Japanese were always depicted as near-sight runts wearing thick

Right idea almost but definitely the wrong location.
In Arabia there is so much dusk in the air that:
It affects your eye site by scratching your eye ball,
clogs up your ears and nose causing you to cough mud.
Filters UV from the sun to such an extent that you can never get a sun tan
giving beautiful orange skies with never a blue day.
Deprives everyone of distance vision to such an extent that at one point the
