True, but knowing Israeli High-Tech work ethics, especially in case of crisis,
this will hardly matter.
Flight time from Tel-Aviv to New York is 12-13 hours, with regular daily flights
landing at around 6am east coast time. I know that if I left home right now, I
could be in LAX by 10am Tuesday morning (I had to make that route with similarly
short notice in the past).
Even if we assume the guy would need a day to overcome the jetlag so he can have
his wits in deposition, it is plenty possible to meet that deadline.

And other parts of the world use still different work weeks. However, since the
trial is in the USA, work week conventions in the rest of the work aren't
particularly relevant. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
