Perhaps, knowing that the jury includes "a plumber, a nurse, a..
photographer, and a postal worker" (re: Zdnet's article), the defense
should ('ve) target API examples at these professions. E.g. bayonets for camera
lenses, postal addressing standards, maybe brand vs. generic drugs (to relate to
a nurse).
