The first appears to be an Oracle copyright brief docket number 956, as text at
http://groklawstatic.ibiblio.org/article.php%3fstory=20120423082652730
The second is an Oracle update on reexamination of the '702 patent, docket
number 561. We do not appear to have it as text yet. The meat is:
"Oracle America, Inc. submits this update on the PTO’s progress in
reexamining the
asserted claims of the ’702 patent. On April 19, 2012, the PTO mailed a Notice
of Intent to Issue
Ex Parte Reexamination Certificate confirming the patentability of all the
asserted claims of the
’702 patent. Attached hereto is a copy of the PTO’s notice."
The third was done as text by someone else.
The fourth appears to be demonstratives from Mitchell's testimony.

Two of the exhibits for 05/10 and one of the unlabeled ones are Android
Gingerbread source listings. I suggest that they be labeled what they are, and
links to the source code files on Sourceforge be listed, as in
Android source codes exhibits from Gingerbread version are available for
download as part of the full Gingerbread branch of the Android git repository
from Google, or as individual files in a browseable git repository of Sharp's
Android Gingerbread at URL
http://en.sourceforge.jp/projects/gb-231r1-is01/scm/git/GB_2.3_IS01/blobs/master
followed by the full path of the source file
May 10 exhibits:
0047.24.pdf source code from Android Gingerbread version of
/cts/tools/dx-tests/src/dxc/junit/opcodes/newarray/Test_newarray.java
0047.25.pdf source code from Android Gingerbread version of
/cts/tools/dx-tests/src/dxc/junit/opcodes/iastore/Test_iastore.java
Unlabeled exhibit:
0047.101.pdf source code from Android Gingerbread version of
/libcore/luni/src/main/java/java/lang/Math.java
--------
Just in case I wasn't clear above, the full link to the first file is
http://en.sourceforge.jp/projects/gb-231r1-is01/scm/git/GB_2.3_IS01/blobs/master
/cts/tools/dx-tests/src/dxc/junit/opcodes/newarray/Test_newarray.java
---------
Also in unlabeled exhibits
0623.101.pdf source code from Sun JDK 1.5 version of
/java/lang/Math.java
Downloadable as part of entire JDK 1.5 available from Oracle.

Email from Dan Bornstein (Google) to Patrick Brady

about

Re: Beta

Includes this
comment from Bornstein: Although we don't have a
relationship with Sun,
we've
been trying to be good "Java citizens" nonetheless,
and testing
dx falls
under that umbrella, since it's *the* piece that
bridges the
divide.

Source code for unit tests for Dalvik
opcode iastore
(iastore is used in
static array initialization in .class
files).
Additional info (not referenced in the exhibit):
Example #2 in this
presentation
(http://www.imamu.edu.sa/dcontent/IT_Topics/ja
va/20
08-05-29-
presentation-of-dalvik-vm-internals.pdf)
shows the difference
between array initialization in .class
files and
.dex files. They are totally
different at the bytecode level
- the
.class contains a series of iastore
operations where as .dex
copies a
data area into the
array.

Email thread (Mar 04 2008) where Greg Stein (Google)
informs
Simon Phipps (Sun)
that
Sun sponsered projects will not be able to
participate in
Google
Summer of Code. Suns continued lack of cooperation with
the
Apache
Software Foundation on the FOU (field of use) issue, is
mentioned
as
one of the reasons. The email is forwarded to multiple high-
level
people at
Sun and it ends with John Fowler asking: What is
the Apache
issue? In his
answer Jonathan Schwartz writes that they
(IBM/Google/Apache) can create a Java
implementation but
that they
need a commercial license to use the Java brand.
The email
ends with
the statement "But the codes available to be clear - just
not the
brand."
