I have come across an interesting show on PBS called Garrow's Law. It's
based on an 18th century British lawyer and his cases. The stories are based on
real cases. --- The following program contains immature subject matter.

I see a lot of anti-google posts right away in this article
which concern me - how much fact is based on this considering
Microsoft is the complainant?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Last I read, the judge seemed to be leaning towards API's not being
copyrightable. If, for some weird reason, it ends up going the other way, who
owns the copyrights on the API's for the TCP/IP stack. Is it possible that they
would be released under the GPL? If so, what would that mean for anyone who had
implemented TCP/IP networking?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
