What's so weird though is that PACER doesn't have any of the documents at the
District Court. Nothing. So it's a bit hard to know what the case was
about.
Does anybody have a Lexis account? If so, try it and
see if you find
anything. Ditto if anyone has a Microsoft
Windows computer, can you try the
court of appeals for the 9th circuit and see if you can download any of the

Thanks for pointing that out, but that wasn't my point either,
Sony apparently never claimed copyright on the API they apparently only claimed
infringement for the intermediate copies used to reverse engineer their product.
