I would suggest that Alsup set damages at $201,
or even as little as $200.01. In this way Oracle could
not honestly complain that they were awarded the minimum.

So that would presumably be in the $200 category.
I think he may be generous to Oracle and allow each file as
a separate work (as that seems to be the basis that they are
not de minimis).
The test files might be a trickier one, as Noser possibly
did wilfully copy them, but Google did not (and were clearly
unaware of them).
Whether Google's contract terms and guides about appropriate
sources for android source code will be enough to make that
non wilful is interesting. Logically it is accidental, but
the law is not always logical...
