Forgot: Oracle were given the choice of waiting (for the USPTO to finish fixing
its sloppy work) or go now; they chose to go for the trial now, which means that
they should have been ready to prove conclusively. They didn't, so clearly it's
their own fault if they messed up presentation of their case.
Then again, Google may have been right all along and the verdict was correct.
Either way, Oracle shouldn't get a second bite of the cherry.
As Mr Bumble said (emphatically squeezing his hat): "If the Law supposes
that, the Law is a ass, a idiot".
Or to put it another way, I can quite see the Law allowing oracle to waste more
