isn't that what the judge is working on?
AFAIR the rule 50 they wrote has still not be answered and was the trigger for
the judge deciding he was going to rule on API SSO copyright.
That rule 50 also included a request to judge the 9 lines as non infringed based
on de-minimis.
So it may just be my poor memory, but maybe all Oracle get is the eight test
files.
