That includes the "can do no wrong". But... the "hasn't changed my view" (the lions share of the 17%) could easily be either:

    I've always thought well of Oracle and still do!
or
    I've always thought bad of Oracle and this just proves it!
It could be a bigger ouch then you thought!

One of the survey responses was ...
"No, Oracle Is The Same To Me As It Has Always Been"

I might follow that up with, did you trust them before?

There may be some who did not trust Oracle before the
debacle, and still don't trust Oracle now.

Too bad the survey doesn't capture those sentiments.
