His views obviously don't represent the majority of the jury.
I'm wondering if the other jurors snubbed him when he was
being interviewed.

Will Oracle really continue?

I have a feeling that the "parsley instead of steak" comment will
haunt them if they do.

Does it seem the jury foreman mis-used his authority?

otherwise it will always befall the person with the strongest
will and most dominant character.

Am I --accused regularly of being too dominant myself --
too idealistic?

Does it seem the jury foreman mis-used his authority?

Well, because of his strongly held views, there will now have to be another trial, costing more millions.
Oracle appears to also be a factor in having a second trial, no? If they weren't so obdurate and greedy, we wouldn't have needed a first one, either.

If the juror really believed a certain way, is it really our place to question the fact that he was willing to stick to his guns? In some movies, such a person is the hero...

Foreman didn't ask why unanimous
Authored by: mattflaschen on Monday, May 28 2012 @ 08:16 AM EDT
The foreman (Greg Thompson) is not the one who asked why it must be unanimous. Elisabeth Hostiynek (sp?) asked, "I'd like to know why the vote by the jury must be unanimous. Why wouldn't a majority-one way or the other-be sufficient to decide any given question? This was on p. 32 of the compiled jury notes.
