If I do an action where someone dies I will be charged with murder and can go to
prison. If a corporation does a similar act, well I don't seem to see a lot of
corporations in prison. And beside who would go the person who did the act, the
person who ordered the act or the head of the corporation?
It's like corporations give the equivalent of diplomatic immunity for illegal
acts.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Utah, not Texas.
It was in Utah that the first death sentence that was constitutional after the
SCUSA defined what was, and was not constitutional in administering the death
penalty.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints still unofficially supports
blood atonement.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
