What's the catch?
For example, certain questions arise as
possibilities:
How many phones did MS give out for free?
How many
did they pay customers to take?
Considering it's China: how much of the
control over the phone software that the Government has ended up in some kind of
mandate or other?
And considering the obvious bias in the article:
What
numbers, covering what versions, from where was the two stats actualy pulled
from?
It certainly does appear to be an article trying to extol the virtues
of the Windows phone.

It's been a long time since that seminal series on evangelism. "Don't ever lie"
was a key concept they're struggling with now. It has been so long they have
