It's not a *good* proposal, but "mass civil disobedience" and
"revolution" is a coherent proposal.
It may yet become a popular proposal if the courts continue to act insane and
make things worse rather than doing their job. I don't think the patent madness
alone would cause this proposal to be popular, but foreclosure fraud might do
it.
And when it's the credibility of the legal system on the line, everything adds
up: bogus foreclosures, bogus patents, copyright abuse, Guantanamo, it ALL adds
up in people's decision as to whether to treat the government as legitimate or
not.
Since the 1980s there has been a dangerous amount of illegitimate behavior
coming from the government. It's very worrying, and I would like to fix it
through the democratic process before the majority of people decide revolution
