Tone deafness seems like an ever more plausible
explanation. Of course, singing at the top of
your voice with your fingers in your ears in
order not to hear what other people are trying
to tell you tends not to make wonders for how
you sound.
"Lalala, I'm not listening" is also a very bad
song.

M$ doesn't see "losing in mobile" as a problem, because they're
current presence in mobile has got nothing to lose.
This is all about hamstringing competition long enough for them to try and come
up with something, anything, that will get them into mobile in the first place.
Nokia was formerly #1, now they're a distant #4. In hamstring terms, thats a
major success.
Now if M$ can only find another patsy, er, I mean partner, and repeat the
performance, hey, eventually they'll have a defacto monopoly, a world in which
they are adept.
Its just that the transition from one monopoly to a new is a little rocky, but
if you throw enough cash at it, should be a piece of cake, right?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
